Using high-quality bauxites and corundums as aggregates, resins as binders, KS series of Al2O3-MgO-C bricks are formed by machine pressing. They are characterized by high strength, excellent resistance to erosion and peeling, and they are widely used in melting the Zone and bottom of buckets.
By regulating and improving the process and technology based on KS-Al2O3-MgO-C bricks, KINGSTONE has developed bricks of the MgO-Al2O3-C series, in which the peeling and erosion resistance is well improved. These are the ideal products for the bottom of the ladle AND the side walls.
The KS MgO-C series is widely used in large and medium-sized enterprises, such as Capital Steel, Xinyu Steel and Anyang Steel.
