High Performance Slide Plates
Slide plates have traditionally been based on Al2O3-Zr2O3-C. Although these types of slip plates have good heat resistance and high strength, they are easy to oxidize when casting special steel. The organizational structure becomes free and the strength decreases, which leads to drowsiness and elimination of problems.

1. Low carbon, which leads to low roughness on the surface of the slip plates. These slip plates are suitable for low-carbon and ultra-low carbon steel.
2. High temperature, which leads to low erosion of the holes.
