Purging Plug for Converter
BOF profiles developed by KINGSTONE are made of metal pipes and magnesian-carbon brick in which the gas channels are made of heat-resistant stainless steel pipes (with size φ3 × 1 and φ4 × 1) and the number of gas channels from 10 to 100 units depending from the size of the purge plugs of the BOF. High-quality magnesian-carbon brick is designed in accordance with the performance of bottom bricks BOF. Under normal conditions, the corresponding pipes can guarantee a high opening speed and stable gas flows in the purge plug and simultaneously meet the requirements of gas cleaning from the top down.
