Self-flow Castables
According to the solid rheological theory and the actual state of maintenance of refractory materials, KINGSTONE developed high-tech gravity casting materials (SFC). Without vibration, SFC can be degassed and leveled by gravity and thus becomes compact.
These products have the following advantages: good fluidity, suitable setting time, labor-saving, high strength, long service life, good insulation and high heat resistance, excellent resistance to thermal shock and good erosion-corrosion resistance.
These products can be used in all areas where low cement, ultra-low cement and non-cement materials are required for use. Based on corundum, SFC is widely used in the bottom of the bucket, around the seat zones and the roof of the EAF. Both mullite SFCs based on alumina can be used as bucket and bucket protectors. These products can also be installed by pumping. SFC is also available for use in a heating furnace.
