Slag Limiting Ball
During the injection process, the level of molten steel will gradually decrease. When it reaches a critical value, the vortices will appear in the upper region of the threading hole and pull the slag into the bucket. When the ball limiting the slag is placed in a swirl, the balloon will be placed in the upper region of the baffle hole, so the slag can be prevented from flowing into the bucket. The molten steel will flow out of the gaps between the confining balls and the drain holes to reduce the total amount of flowable slag.
