Stopper Rods
Locking rods are installed in the tundish, controlling the flow from the intermediate spill to the caster. The KS series of locking rods includes oxide-carbon and magnesian-carbon alloys for various casting conditions. A wide range of designs for stopper rod tips is suitable for the flower caster, workpiece casters, rectangular workpiece caster, round workpiece caster, casting caster and thin plate. The KS series of locking rods are characterized by good resistance to erosion and corrosion, steady flow control and tight closing.
