The system of locking rods is usually used
for continuous casting of the filling device. The casting speed can be
controlled by adjusting the connections between the stopper rod and the nozzle
of the casting device. During casting, there will be some erosion on the plugs
and upper nozzles. When contact surfaces are blurred to a certain level and can
not guarantee the correct speed, they are no longer allowed to use them. The
quality of the top nozzle is critical for durability.
