Tundish Nozzle with ZrO2 Insert
The conventional top nozzles of the tundish and submerged inlet nozzles prevent clogging by sacrificing the service life, while KINGSTONE has developed an innovative design of porous upper nozzles to solve this problem. Including interchangeable type (quickly change SEN and provide continuous casting) and normal type. Thus, the average service life of the casting device for casting slabs has reached more than 10 hours.
KINGSTONE supplies porous upper nozzles to customers such as Shaoguan Steel, Ningbo Steel, Bayi Steel, Xinyu Steel, Shagang and AMK in Ukraine. Average lifetime reached the same level even exceeding other imported products that are approved by customers.
