Tundish Upper Nozzle
The upper nozzles of the bushing are integrated into the blocks of the bottom seats of the intermediate ladle. They can control the flow of steel when working with locking rods. KS series nozzle nozzle top nozzles are highly refractory, good anti-clogging, excellent resistance to thermal shock and resistance to erosion / corrosion. Top nozzles of casting tapes along with stop rods can significantly improve casting sequences.
High performance was achieved at many steel mills, such as Shagang Group, Guiyang Steel, Huaiyang Steel and Azovstal in Ukraine and Bhilai in India.
