Direct Bonded Magnesia-Chromite Bricks
Rectangular magnesian-chromite bricks are made mainly of high-purity magnesia and chromium concentrate, formed with high pressure and sintered at ultrahigh temperature. Due to the small impurity and high degree of direct connection between the crystalline phases, the products are characterized by a high level of CCS, strong resistance to abrasion, corrosion and peeling.
The products have been found in good condition in such markets as Hanbao-Steel (250 t RH furnace), Lianyuan steel (210 t RH), Xin steel (210 t RH furnace), Baotou (220 t RH) steel and US Steel (120 tons RH furnace), Russian Kiel tower (160 t RH oven), Russian Oswald Karl (180 t RH oven) and Russian MAANSHAN (300 t RH furnace) and other ferrous metallurgy plants for large and medium RH cabinets. The service life has reached the first level both in China and abroad.
