Product Description:
Delta roof for EAF (arc furnace roof)and refining furnaces manufactured by KINGSTONE are innovatively designed for a wide range of operating conditions, including thermal shock, steel slag washing and gas attack, high temperature radiation and air loss caused by dust flow. Foundry products with cement or without cement are manufactured under the guidance of a fundamental theory for refractories, they are manufactured using ultra-fine powder technology, high-quality binders and additives and accurate grain size distribution to meet different customer needs.
The KS delta series for EAF ( EAF electric arc furnace roof) and refining ovens is characterized by good heat resistance, excellent erosion / corrosion resistance, good stability and long service life. It is suitable for conventional EAF, ultra high-performance EAF, refining furnace and VD furnace roofs.
This product EAF electric arc furnace roof has been successfully used in EAF, processing furnaces and VD furnaces for more than 30 steel mills, including Zhujiang Steel, Anyang Steel, Hangzhou Iron and Steel, Bayi Steel, Sha Steel and Xingcheng special steel.
