KS series for MgO-C blocks for EAF is designed in accordance with different operating conditions and application areas of EAF lining. Bricks are made of pure flake graphite and a high-melting crystalline magnesia, which has a high purity and density. Added a special antioxidant and takes resins as binders and, finally, is formed under high pressure.
The KS series of MgO-C bricks is mainly used in the working cladding of the EAF. It directly contacts molten steel and slag. It features high strength, excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance to slag, etc. On the basis of various melting conditions and applications, KINGSTONE offers a variety of brands to choose from.
