Fused-Semi-Rebonded Magnesia-Chromite Bricks
The oil-chromite bricks with fused semi-reconstructed bricks are mainly made from Magnesia-Chromite grains, highly concentrated or sintered magnesia and chrome concentrate and are formed with high pressure and sintered with ultra-high temperature. The products have good resistance to peeling, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance and are mainly used in the working tube liner, circulation tube, upper groove and middle groove.
The products have been found in good condition in such markets as Hanbao-Steel (250 t RH furnace), Lianyuan steel (210 t RH), Xin steel (210 t RH furnace), Baotou (220 t RH) steel and US Steel (120 tons RH furnace), Russian Kiel tower (160 t RH oven), Russian Oswald Karl (180 t RH oven) and Russian MAANSHAN (300 t RH furnace) and other ferrous metallurgy plants for large and medium RH cabinets. The service life has reached the first level both in China and abroad.
