In recent years, KINGSTONE has developed blends for dry vibrations of pouring oil as a new material for the lining frame. Its distribution by grain size is under the guidance of the theory of a dense packaging powder. It is made of high-quality magnesia and manufactured by low-temperature sintering.
The product has a shape in a dry state and easy to install. A smooth surface after installation helps to prevent inclusions from pouring into the molten steel. Since no water is added during application, the preheating time is significantly reduced. Dry vibrating mixtures are an ideal substitute for spraying and insulating boards.
A series of dry vibrational mixtures of the KS series can reach 8-56 hours. They are successfully used in such plants as Laiyang Steel, Shagang, Xingcheng Steel, Jiyuan Steel, Baotou Steel and Benxi Steel, etc.
